This gorgeous girl is as sweet and gentle as they come. She is wonderful with other dogs, respectful of cats and likes to receive attention from her foster parents.
She knows some basic obedience, is house trained and is quiet and well mannered in the house. The only time we've heard her bark is when she gets super chuffed playing with other dogs or is excited for a walk. She has a medium energy level, not requiring hours of exercise a day but she does really enjoy going for walks and exploring in the yard. Squirrel hunting is one of her favourite pasttimes. She will sit under a tree watching them for hours at a time!
Pretty Pai-Pai is a shy and sensitive soul who will require a patient, calm family to allow her to come out of her shell at her own pace. She took several days to approach her foster parents for attention but now she seeks it out, pushing her snoot into your lap for an ear scritch. While she will approach them indoors, outside is another story. She is hesitant and will play the "old keep away game," taking off as soon as you get near her. For this reason, a fenced yard is absolutely required. Paisley is also sensitive to loud noises and fast movements... they scare her. For this reason she would be best suited to an adult only home or with children aged 12+.
Paisley is up to date with her vaccines, in great health and microchipped. She is heartworm tested negative and on parasite prevention.
